汽车上的speed按键和蠕形模式组合在一起，全称为低速巡航驾驶辅助系统。在中央操作台挡把的右下方，有个旋钮，可通过操作按钮来切换五种不同速度。在爬陡坡、雨雪路、岩石路、沙地等特殊的路况时，蠕行模式确保了稳定出色的通过性。

我国国家最新标准《汽车和挂车类型的术语和定义》（GB/T 3730．1—2001）中对汽车有如下定义：由动力驱动，具有4个或4个以上车轮的非轨道承载的车辆，主要用于：载运人员和（或）货物；牵引载运人员和（或）货物的车辆；特殊用途。

车辆识别代码（VIN）具有全球通用性，最大限度的信息承载性和可检索性，已成为全世界识别车辆的唯一“身份证”。VIN由一组字母和阿拉伯数字组成，共17位。

从VIN中可以识别出车辆的生产国、制造公司或厂家、车的类型、品牌、车型系列、车身形式、发动机型号、车型年款、安全防护装置型号、检验数字、装配工厂名称、出厂顺序号码等。当每辆车打上VIN后，其代号将伴随车辆的注册、保险、年检、保养、修理直至回收报废。
